How You Can Help One More Soul
Many, many people help with One More Soul's lifesaving and family-saving mission to "educate and convince people of God's plan for chastity, love, marriage and children." We need your help so more families and more single people can find the true meaning of life through real, practical love. There are great possibilities here:
- Pray. We challenge people to make some huge lifestyle changes: give up sex with their boyfriend/girlfriend or fiance/fiancee; throw out the contraceptives; stop prescribing the Pill; preach the truth even if it's upsetting. We have to support these people with prayer for wisdom and humility to accept life on God's terms.
Also we at One more Soul are in a constant spiritual battle. We need your help through prayer to know the right direction and go there with courage.

- Tell your story. There is great power in stories. How did you escape the world's lies about sex and love and learn about real freedom and joy? We have a few stories:
A Purposeful Life, Good News, Welcoming a new child after abortion, Down Syndrome, Hope, and Joy, and some Sterilization Reversal stories. We need many more.
- Make sacrifices. Fasting gives prayer that extra "kick." It can be fasting from food for an hour or whatever, or any extra act of love. Many people have chosen Wednesday as a time for special prayers and/or acts of self-denial for One More Soul. Please feel free to let us know what you are doing. It always lifts our spirits to hear from you!
- Send baby pictures. Do you have a child who was brought to life partly because of encouragement from One More Soul? Please send us a picture. We will use these pictures in new resources and show them on our website.
- Learn. Use the great resources from One More Soul and the many excellent resources available elsewhere to help yourself understand what sexuality and family life are all about. Once you have a good grasp of how human love works, that will affect everyone you contact.
- Distribute One More Soul resources. One More Soul resources can powerfully touch people and help them make good choices. We have great resources for helping young children choose chastity, for helping couples kick the contraception, for lots of situations. Let your imagination run and see what the Holy Spirit would want you to do.
